Bottom line is that business has to be profitable, our Commission scale is the most advantageous of any around. We put more money in the agents hands (through higher commission splits and NO OFFICE fees) making it easier to market homes properly and with all the brokerage support neccesary to be sucessful!
Our Commission split is simple to:
100% of commission goes to our Agent! The Agent pays a yearly $9800 Associate Fee (this fee can be paid up front or spread over time from commissions earned through the year) and a $399 file fee per transaction.
